Florida Department of Health in Brevard County Merritt Island Office Move to Viera

The Florida Department of Health in Brevard County's Merritt Island Administration office will be moving to 2565 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, FL 32940 during the week of August 19-23, 2019. Limited services will be available during this week. Updates will be posted when all services are fully operational.
Please Note: Vital Statistics (Birth and Death Certificates) will have normal operating hours in the Merritt Island location (2575 N. Courtenay Parkway, Merritt Island, FL, 32953) on August 19, will be closed August 20, and will have normal operating hours in the new location beginning August 21.
