Florida Department of Health in Brevard County Lifts County Wide Precautionary Swimming Advisory

Viera, Fla. The Brevard County Health Department (DOH-Brevard) – Environmental Health Services conducted saltwater beach water quality sampling for enteric bacteria (enterococci) through the Healthy Beaches Monitoring Program. Based on the satisfactory microbial water quality test results, DOH-Brevard has lifted the county wide precautionary swimming advisory that was posted on September 4, 2019 for all Brevard County public beaches.
