Health Officials Expand COVID-19 Vaccination Operations

HEALTH OFFICIALS EXPAND COVID-19 VACCINATION OPERATIONS

Viera, Fla — The Florida Department of Health in Brevard County (DOH-Brevard), in conjunction with Brevard County Emergency Management, is expanding hours for their COVID-19 vaccination efforts.
To better serve Brevard County residents, vaccinations will be available, with no appointment necessary, at the drive-through site at 2555 Judge Fran Jamieson Way in Viera. These expanded hours will be available starting Thursday, April 15 and will run through Tuesday, April 20. No appointments will be needed on weekdays between 4:00PM – 7:00PM and on weekends from 8:00AM – 7:00PM. Only first doses will be administered during these expanded hours.
These expanded hours are in addition to the 1st and 2nd doses scheduled during our normal 8:15AM-4:00PM operating hours. If you have an appointment or are called for an appointment, please arrive at your scheduled time.
The Moderna vaccine will be administered during our normal operating hours and the expanded hours.
