DOH-Brevard Hiring Additional Staff for COVID Response

DOH-Brevard is now hiring registered nurses and paramedics at $25/hour, licensed practical nurses and emergency medical technicians at $22/hour, and senior clerks at $15/hour to assist in our COVID response. These positions are full-time positions that are only funded through December 31, 2020. We do have flexibility for EMTs and paramedics to accommodate their current work schedules. Nursing staff, paramedics, and EMTs will run our COVID-19 testing operations and assist with our COVID-19 call center. Clerical staff will assist nurses in our COVID-19 testing operations and will provide ancillary support throughout our clinics. Many of these positions will be required to work outside in harsh conditions. Please submit completed application by email to chd05p@flhealth.gov or fax to 321-454-7154.
