The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for those age 12 and up is offered, based on availability, Monday – Friday from 8:00AM – 4:00PM at 611 N Singleton Ave, Titusville, FL 32796. No appointment is required.

Pediatric Pfizer Vaccines

The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is approved for children ages 5 – 11. Please review the Pfizer Vaccine Information Fact Sheet for Children Ages 5 - 11 for additional information regarding the pediatric vaccine. DOH-Brevard administers of the Pfizer pediatric COVID-19 vaccine at the Titusville clinic on a walk-in basis, Fridays only from 1:30PM – 4:00PM.

Booster Information

Booster shots are recommended at least 5 months after completing a primary mRNA COVID-19 vaccine series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna) for the following individuals:

  • 12 years and older (Pfizer)
  • 18 years and older (Moderna)

Booster shots are also recommended for those who are 18 and older and who were vaccinated with the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine two or more months ago.

Eligible individuals may choose which vaccine they receive as a booster dose. CDC’s recommendations now allow for this type of mix and match dosing for booster shots.

Pfizer is offered at this location, based on availability. Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson are offered at the Viera clinic location, based on availability.

3rd Dose Information

  • If you are immunocompromised, you may receive a 3rd dose of the mRNA COVID-19 vaccine (Moderna, 18 and up; Pfizer, 5 and up). This would be given at least 28 days after the second dose. Pfizer is offered at this location, based on availability. Pediatric Pfizer (5-11) is only available at this location Fridays from 1:30PM – 4:00PM. Moderna and Pfizer are offered at the Viera clinic location, based on availability.

Transportation to a COVID-19 vaccination appointment is available for Medicaid clients at no cost. For more information please review the Medicaid Transportation for COVID-19 Vaccinations flyer.

DOH-Brevard has teams to vaccinate homebound seniors in Brevard County. Seniors and/or their caregivers can sign up to receive a COVID-19 vaccine in their home by sending their request by e-mail to HomeboundVaccine@em.myflorida.com.


The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination series is 2 doses, given 3 weeks apart. If you receive one dose of the Pfizer vaccine, you should receive a second dose of the same vaccine 3 weeks later to complete the primary vaccination series.

Please review the Pfizer Facts and Privacy or Pfizer (Ages 5 to 11) Facts and Privacy document for additional information on what to expect during and after the vaccination. After vaccination you will be asked to wait for 15-30 minutes to be monitored for adverse reactions.

The Pfizer vaccine is authorized for persons age 5 and up. The Moderna and Janssen (Johnson and Johnson) vaccines are authorized for persons age 18 and up. All individuals under the age of 18 receiving a vaccine must be accompanied by a guardian and complete the COVID-19 vaccine screening and consent form. The DOH-Brevard Titusville Clinic vaccination site only uses the Pfizer vaccine at this time.
