The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is offered, based on availability, Monday – Friday from 10:00AM – 4:00PM at 611 N Singleton Ave, Titusville, FL 32796. No appointment is required. Second dose return dates for the Pfizer vaccine are provided at the time of the first dose.
Transportation to a COVID-19 vaccination appointment is available for Medicaid clients at no cost. For more information please review the Medicaid Transportation for COVID-19 Vaccinations flyer.
The state of Florida has teams to vaccinate homebound seniors statewide. Seniors and/or their caregivers can sign up to receive a COVID-19 vaccine in their home by sending their request by e-mail to HomeboundVaccine@em.myflorida.com.
The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination series is 2 doses, given 3 weeks apart. If you receive one dose of the Pfizer vaccine, you should receive a second dose of the same vaccine 3 weeks later to complete the vaccination series. After vaccination you will be asked to wait for 15-30 minutes to be monitored for adverse reactions.

PERSONS AGES 12-17: The Pfizer vaccine is authorized for persons age 12 and up. The Moderna and Janssen (Johnson and Johnson) vaccines are authorized for persons age 18 and up. All individuals under the age of 18 receiving a vaccine must be accompanied by a guardian and complete the COVID-19 vaccine screening and consent form. The DOH-Brevard Titusville Clinic vaccination site only uses the Pfizer vaccine at this time.
CVS, Publix, Sam’s Club, Walgreens, Walmart, and Winn-Dixie also provide the COVID-19 vaccine at specific locations throughout Brevard County for those eligible. Appointments for those locations can be made on the pharmacy’s website. Designated websites for each location include:

For those ages 12-17, the Pfizer vaccine may also be available at Health First, Parrish, CVS, or Walgreens.

Those who received their first dose of the Pfizer vaccine from DOH-Brevard's Titusville Clinic should arrive for their second dose at the date and time provided during the first dose.
Locations that administer first doses of the Pfizer vaccine are provided the second dose for each client. To ensure there is available vaccine, those who received their first dose of the Pfizer vaccine elsewhere should return to the same location where the first dose was received.
Pending second dose availability, we will accommodate those who did not receive their first dose of the Pfizer vaccine from DOH-Brevard. These individuals will need to bring proof that they received the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine. They may come to 611 N Singleton Ave, Titusville, FL 32796 any weekday from 8:00AM – 4:00PM. The second dose will not be administered unless they arrive no less than 3 weeks from the date of their first dose.
